All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We offer Economy Shipping for $3.90 with estimated delivery within 5–8 business days. We also offer Free Shipping on all orders over $40, including international orders.

International shipping is available to select countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing and local carriers in your country.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. HairGenix is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control may occasionally occur.
